Rethinking Generations.

Are you tired of generational 'lost in translation' moments? If a simple emoji - or lack thereof - is causing confusion, it's time to Rethink Generations.

Rethinking Generations

Executive Summary

Our Rethinking Generations workshop is a space where you'll find dialogue, empathy, and humor instead of theories and labels. Through a series of interactive exercises, you'll break down stereotypes, understand the roots of communication differences, and learn how to build real connections.
You'll leave not only with a better understanding of each other but with a concrete plan to draw strength from your generational diversity every single day.

Problem

Lost in (Generational) Translation

Stereotypes and different communication styles are building walls between your team members.

Is a period at the end of a message seen as passive-aggressive? Is a simple phone call a major event?
Are you trying to figure out the 'right' number of emojis to use in a message?
Is everyone stuck in their own generational bubble and stereotypes?
Are you losing time and energy to simple misunderstandings?

Solution

From Stereotypes to Synergy

By learning to truly listen, you’ll discover shared ground and unlock the power of working better, together.

Laugh at the stereotypes and trade frustration for curiosity.
Foster a culture where everyone is both a teacher and a student.
Work together to build a communication playbook that everyone can use.

Structure

Your Plan for Better Cross-Generational Communication

This workshop uses a mix of lighthearted fun and focused conversation to move past stereotypes. Hands-on activities will empower you to build a practical roadmap for improved team communication.

What to expect?

We'll start by busting stereotypes in a light and fun way.
Then, in small groups formed by the Coffideas method, we'll explore the sources of common misunderstandings.
The third part involves concrete examples and exercises to help you understand different communication styles.
The workshop will conclude with everyone creating personal action plans to build bridges every day.

For whom?

Perfect for any multi-generational workplace. For leaders and employees who want to turn cross-generational misunderstandings into a source of strength and mutual inspiration.

Rethinking generations isn't an instruction manual for dealing with others. It's an invitation to curiosity, empathetic communication, and peeling off labels that are long past their expiration date.
