As a speaker at conferences such as the ABSL Summit and Tech Talent Superstars, she shares her knowledge and inspires action. With over 18 years in finance, she supports leaders and teams as a mentor, trainer, and ICF ACC certified coach. Her passion is building strong relationships based on mindfulness and empathy. Joanna draws on interpersonal neurobiology, situational leadership, and NVC. She is a certified NVC Trainer, Provocative Coaching Certified, and NLP Practitioner. As a co-founder of Coffideas and ambassador for Venture Cafe, she supports the Gen4Gen initiative. She believes in a culture of constant feedback.
