IMPROving WELLBEING

Executive Summary

"IMPROving WELLBEING" is our out-of-the-box solution to fostering a genuine sense of wellness in your company. Discover how it feels to be fully yourself among your colleagues, where authentic connection replaces the need for emotional armor.
Through a unique blend of Coffideas and practical improv, participants will gain skills in building collaboration and communication based on acceptance, free expression, trust, and openness. Invest in your company's future wellbeing by building better relationships right here, right now!

Problem

Running on Empty

Your team is stuck in a cycle of restrictive mindsets, outdated processes, and fragile connections.

Does it feel like meaningful work and strong team bonds are a distant memory?
Is your internal communication cluttered with things left unsaid, leaving no room for real connection?
Do employees often get stuck in ruts that limit their creativity and sense of impact?

Solution

Trust, Support, and Acceptance

Our goal is to foster an environment where trust, support, and acceptance can grow organically.

Let's connect from a fresh perspective, leading with curiosity and genuine interest in one another.
Experience a judgment-free zone where creative acceptance helps everyone feel more secure and authentic.
Engage in conversations that matter, forging new connections that are built on a foundation of trust.

Structure

The Rhythm of Wellbeing

What to expect?

Expect a marriage of dynamic, creative interaction with deep reflection and new perspectives that emerge from meaningful conversations.
We'll start dynamically, co-creating a new platform for understanding based on improv experiences.
Then, during several Coffideas sessions, we'll share reflections on personal and team wellbeing. After that, we'll break the state and return to creative, mutual interaction.
The process culminates in final Coffideas sessions where you'll share conclusions and create action plans to expand the space for wellbeing at work.

For whom?

Perfect for any company that believes a positive and supportive environment for its people is non-negotiable.
